Order Tracking
A tracking email will be sent 1–2 business days after your order is processed.
It may take 3–7 business days for your package to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.
If tracking is unavailable, your parcel may still be in pre-transit. Once scanned by the carrier, tracking details will update.

Incorrect Address Policy

Orders with incorrect or missing address details may be delayed or undeliverable.
We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
Orders returned due to address errors are not restocked and may be discarded.
A re-shipping fee will apply for any order returned due to address errors.
If you request the carrier to redirect or forward your parcel after shipping, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage.
