You may request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it.

After the 4-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipped. At that point, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.

• Sila Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

• We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped.

• If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply and must be paid by the customer.
