Order Exchanges

Please double-check all order details—such as size, design, and quantity—prior to completing your purchase.
We do not offer exchanges for errors related to customer-selected options.

However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. If you need help making changes, our support team is ready to assist you.


Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Window: Within 4 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet entered processing, you may cancel it by contacting us via email.

  • After 4 hours, your order may be in production or transit, and cancellation will no longer be possible.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

Eligible for Return or Refund:
  • Items that arrived damaged or broken

  • Items received that differ in design, size, or material from the original order

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Products with significant differences from the description

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Damage not resulting from our fault (e.g., user-caused issues)

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Minor defects such as loose threads or other easily repairable flaws

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.


How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Photos or videos showing the defect or issue

  • Shipping label or delivery receipt

  • Any relevant communication, such as screenshots of support emails


Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address along with further instructions.
Do not return your item until you receive confirmation from us.

When shipping your return:

  • Use a trusted carrier and provide us with the tracking number

  • Keep a copy of the shipping receipt for your records


Refund Processing
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return.

  • Once approved, your refund will include the full purchase amount and original shipping cost.

  • Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
    If delays occur, contact your bank or credit card provider for assistance.


Important Notes
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/defective items).

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • For any return or refund to be processed, all conditions above must be met.

  • If the return is ineligible or lost, customers will be responsible for resolving the issue independently.
